      The Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM™) Program
      • The only credential focused specifically on the training manager job role.
      • By earning your credential, you will gain the skills needed to ensure your corporate training programs address your company’s current and future needs.
      Leading Leadership Development Certificate Program
      • Gain an in-depth understanding of what it takes to manage leadership development programs, including key competencies needed at different levels of leadership, new training strategies for leadership development and how to evaluate your leadership training programs to make sure they are aligned with organizational goals.
      Competency Modeling Certificate Program
      • Learn a step-by-step process for developing custom competency models for your organization, including identifying key competencies, writing competency definitions, and gaining agreement and buy-in among stakeholders.
